Sports

Sports serve as a powerful platform to unite people early in life. It nurtures a strong sense of teamwork and builds lasting bonds, while also instilling values that prepare individuals for responsible citizenship.

Yoga and Meditation

Yoga and meditation enable individuals to gently exercise their heart and breathing patterns. These practices help regulate biological, physiological, and psychological functions, fostering overall health for both body and mind. Yoga is regularly taught in all pathshalas supported by KKSF. KKSF NexGen offers many free Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes. We bring in many guest lecturers and yoga teachers to provide many perspectives and teaching styles to attendees.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda, regarded as the world’s oldest holistic wellness system, originates from Bharath (India). Practiced globally, it is a recognized alternative system of medicine and plays a significant role in integrated medicine programs at leading educational institutions. This alternative medicine is taught at many of the integrated pathshalas. Ayurveda is offered to medical camps and Shankara hospitals to those who prefer it

Medical Services

In non-urban areas, children, women, and senior citizens are the most vulnerable when it comes to healthcare. Our Medical Services focus on essential and foundational medical care, including regular checkups, preventive vaccinations, and general health monitoring, all aimed at promoting healthy living. Medical care is extended to families of students in pathshalas, as well as senior citizens in old age homes.

Healthy Eating and Living

Healthy living starts with mindful eating. We emphasize the importance of incorporating herbs, spices, and natural produce into a balanced diet, while embracing a sustainable, circular lifestyle to promote holistic well-being for the body, mind, and spirit.

We ensure the physical and psychological well-being of people.

We are improving the health of thousands of women, children and senior citizens.
